Terms & Conditions for Label Elan

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

Orders & Payment:

• All orders are made-to-order and custom-stitched unless specified.

• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• We accept UPI, Net Banking, and major Debit/Credit Cards.

Shipping:

• PAN India shipping is available.

• Orders are usually shipped within 7–10 business days.

• Delays due to unavoidable situations (like courier issues) will be communicated.

Returns & Refunds:

• As we deal in custom-made clothing, we do not accept returns.

• In case of a damaged or wrong product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Intellectual Property:

• All designs, logos, and content belong to Label Elan. Please do not copy or reuse without permission.
